Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views of Naples and Vesuvius from my big and comfortable room. The three hand towels provided were a nice touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile, making my visit even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city with many attractions within walking distance.
The hotel offers a cozy stay despite some minor imperfections. The staff is welcoming and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The location is convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the area. The dining experience, while basic, provides a decent dining option.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and cool with the air conditioning but had very limited views. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating overall, but there were some unfriendly moments. The location was convenient for exploring the city but lacked some soul. The dining offered fantastic views, but the room quality was not up to par. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms with a beautiful view of the volcano. The tissue box holder was a nice touch, but there were some minor issues. The service was exceptional with friendly staff efficiently handling various requests on the roofdeck. The location was perfect, close to downtown and the port, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience was impressive with a great selection and a stunning view from the restaurant. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, but once we got settled, it was worth it with a fantastic view of the city and two bathrooms, which was perfect for our family. The room itself was basic, but it served its purpose.
